Hiring the sauna is simple.

We bring the wood-fired sauna to your home or chosen location, set everything up, and show you how to use it safely. All you need to do is enjoy the heat.

Your hire includes:

• Delivery and setup.
• Wood for the session (extra wood is available at an extra cost).
• A fully heated sauna.
• Optional cold plunge tub (on request).
• Clear guidance on safe use.
• Time and space to relax exactly as you wish.

Once the hire period is agreed and confirmed, an online terms & conditions form must be completed.  An online waiver form must also be completed by all persons wishing to use the sauna and/or cold plunge.

These must both be completed prior to the session.  Paper copies are available on request.  

Aufguss Ritual:

A beautiful heat ritual using essential oils, towel work, and guided breath.

Mindfulness Session:

A gentle guided meditation tailored to relaxation, presence, or grounding.

Cold Plunge:

Add the benefit of hot/cold therapy to your experience.
